做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
