做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
