做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
