做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
