做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
