做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
