做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
