做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
