做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
