做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
