做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
