做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
