做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
