做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
