做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
