做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
