做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
