做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
