做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
