做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
