做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
