做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
