做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
