做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
