做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
