做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
