做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
