做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
