做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
