做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
