做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
