做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
