做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
