做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
