做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
