做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
