做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
