做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
