做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
