做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
