做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
