做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
