做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
