做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
