做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
