做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
