做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
