做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
