做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
