做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
